Bunny, Jerry, and Arthur are longtime friends, all three of whom are gay. Bunny has a large house in Palm Springs, which he shares with his mother Sybil. He invites his two friends to come and live with him. Bunny is a savvy businessman and confirmed bachelor who is very attached to his lifestyle. Jerry, a flight attendant, is a handsome guy who can be a little naive at times. As for Arthur, an unemployed fashion critic, he is elegant and mannered, and sarcasm is his favorite form of communication.
Living together isn’t always easy, as each of them has their own little habits and quirks. They will have to resist disturbances from family, neighbors, and other temporary partners. But their friendship is strong, full of joy and good humor, and the little “family” that has been put together for the occasion quickly finds its feet.
Cheerful and gay, a good comedy to relax and laugh
The characters’ gay identity is sometimes a bit cliché, especially Arthur’s. But you quickly forget this slight lack of subtlety, as the trio is so dynamic and cheerful. Bunny’s family, her mother and sister, both strong-willed, add spice to the story. The episodes are short, perhaps a little too short to develop the secondary characters. But relaxation is the order of the day, and we almost feel as if we too are sipping a cocktail in a garden jacuzzi in Palm Springs…
